Greenwich is beautiful and it starts as soon as you get off the tube with the imposing sight of the Cutty Sark.
Just a short walk from the Cutty Sark is the Old Royal Naval College, which is a awe-inspiring set of buildings designed by Sir Christopher Wren. Henry VIII was born there as well as other future kings and queens and you really get a sense of the grandeur royalty brings.
