Who doesn’t love a penguin?! We arrived just as their feeding session was about to begin so we ran straight over to the pool and watched the little guys swim and waddle about.
Watching a penguin walk on land always puts a smile on my face, they just never look sure of themselves.
As well as the penguins, there was also a crafty Heron looking to see if he could get hold of some fish.
What are these photos about?
If you’re into birdlife, there’s an abundance of it throughout the zoo, ranging from eagles to hummingbirds. The colourful variety really do catch the eye.
Lucy loves monkeys and there a LOADS of them around London Zoo. Most of them are as cheeky as you’d expect and you can get within touching distance for most of them as they’re jumping around above your head.
They’re so much fun to watch, we spent ages just watching them play.
London Zoo is a really great day. It is huge, so you’ll struggle to get round it all in one day but that does mean there’s a huge array of brilliant animals to watch.
The main attraction right now is the Tiger territory as they’ve just had 3 cubs, which sadly were away in their huts when we went but they certainly look cute in all the videos!
